Teachers Training

TAL — Teach As Leaders

Equipping Catholic teachers to lead their classrooms with vision, holiness and the heart of Christ the Teacher.

Behind every transformed student is a transformed teacher. TAL forms educators as Spirit-led leaders — not just instructors, but disciples who shape the next generation.

The TAL Vision

Teach As Leaders (TAL) is a comprehensive orientation program that calls Catholic teachers into their full identity as spiritual leaders, mentors and witnesses of Christ within the classroom.

Faith & Vocation

Rediscover teaching as a holy calling. Through Scripture, prayer and reflection, teachers reconnect with the divine purpose of their profession.

Leadership & Pedagogy

Practical sessions on classroom leadership, student formation, conflict navigation and integrating Catholic values into every subject.
